Avoiding negative thoughts is also a sure way to prevent or minimize disturbances or illnesses in the body.
All thoughts are first perceived in the mind, and then they enter the body as energy. These thoughts, positive or negative, are recorded in the memory of each cell. Negative thoughts that become embedded in the cells can wreak havoc on us, physically and mentally, later on in life.
