We never overcome challenges by crushing or suppressing them, but by transforming them. Right actions are what set a person on the right path to his or her hoped-for outcome. Our thoughts control how we feel; our feelings determine our actions; and our actions give us our results, good or bad. Put into a formula, it looks like this:
